A former Toledo mayoral candidate and businessman is being sentenced in federal court Tuesday. WTOL reports that Jim Moody is charged with stealing more than $15 million from the government. The court said Moody and three others used a job training program to steal millions between 2004 and 2015. US attorneys say the money was used to pay for real estate, cars, vacations and even plastic surgery.
