ADRIAN — Lenawee County’s IT and Equalization Committee unanimously recommended a two-year Polco pilot program to the Personnel/Ways & Means Committee.
Marketing and Communications Coordinator Jennifer Ambrose said Polco won’t include social listening, unlike the county’s outgoing vendor, “Density.”
The community survey will reach a random sample of households, using mailed and digital outreach, with a 4-6% margin of error and a 4-6 month process from start to finish.
A Health Department representative confirmed the program’s $20,000 year-one cost is fully covered by a local grant, with no impact on other department funding.
