Adrian, MI – Residents of Lenawee, Jackson, and Hillsdale counties who have household income at or less than 150% of the Federal Poverty Level may qualify for up to $650 to pay past-due water bills through the Low Income Household Water Assistance Program at Community Action Agency.
Funding for the program is expected to be available until September 2023, or until the funds are depleted, so residents are encouraged to call the Community Action Agency in their county as soon as the need arises to determine eligibility and apply for assistance.
