Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County Health Department and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services updated the public on COVID-19 numbers Friday.
The LCHD reported 7 new confirmed cases on Friday, with 5 in the hospital, and 28 currently monitoring at home. There have been no new COVID-19 deaths in Lenawee County since our last update on Tuesday.
The MDHHS said that there were 2,250 total new confirmed cases from Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday combined. During that time, there have been 19 COVID-19 deaths, with 9 of them identified during a Vital Records Review.
As far as vaccines go, there have been 9,292,441 total doses administered statewide. 75,197 of them have been in Lenawee County.
