Adrian, MI – The Lenawee County Health Department and the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services provided an update on COVID-19 numbers Tuesday.
The LCHD reported that there were 59 new cases, 13 hospitalizations, and two new COVID-19 deaths. There are now 823 active cases of the virus, with 6,813 recoveries in Lenawee County. There have been 136 total confirmed COVID-19 deaths.
The MDHHS reported 5,259 new cases, with 85 new COVID-19 deaths…. 33 of them identified during a Vital Records Review. The department says there have been 6,065,254 total vaccine doses administered, with 51,861 being in Lenawee County.
