Tecumseh, MI – Donald James ‘DJ’ Martin of Tecumseh has died at the age of 80. He passed away at ProMedica Charles and Virginia Hickman Hospital with family by his side.
Martin served his country in the US Marines and was a member of the Tecumseh United Methodist Church.
He was well known not just as the owner of Martins Home Center in Tecumseh, but for his love and support of his community. He had breakfast every morning at the City Limits Diner where he would order the ‘Fat City’… named for him.
Due to COVID-19 restrictions the funeral services for DJ Martin will be private with burial in Brookside Cemetery in Tecumseh with Military honors. The family will greet friends on Friday, December 4th from 2 to 6 pm at Martins Home Center.
