On Christmas Day around 2:30am, a homeless man bit another in The City of Adrian. According to police reports provided by the Adrian Police department, 49-year-old Nigel Fredricks bit a 19-year-old man on South Mackenzie Street. The address listed is the address for Bohn Pool, which is where Share the Warmth has been housing their operations.
Aggravated Assault charges are being sought against 49-year-old Fredricks. The charges carry felony penalties. The victim told a responding officer they were living at the facility and are both homeless. The victim was taken to the hospital and treated for a pair of bite wounds.
