CONTEST BEGINS 01/14/08

· There is no purchase necessary to enter or win

· You must be 18 years old or older to enter and win

· To enter, 103.9 WLEN on-air announcers will give you the clue to call 263-4000 or 517-264-4000 for long distance callers, or fax 517-265-5362. The phone lines are open for 10 minutes 39 seconds.

· 103.9 WLEN is not responsible for phone line problems, failures, or busy signals.

· To enter, you must be listening and calling from your place of employment.

· The drawing is held on Wednesdays. If your name is called, you have 10 minutes 39 seconds to call us at 263-4000 or 264-4000.

· The person who registered must be the same person that calls back to win the weekly drawing.

· One winning office or department per year, and only one registration per week.

· WLEN employees and families, participating sponsors, employees, and families are not eligible to enter or win.

· Prize package contains 4 full Jimmy John’s Subs, 4 drinks, choice of cookies or chips (for 4), and a bouquet from Flowers and Such.

· WLEN reserves the right to disqualify any person they feel is in violation of the rules. WLEN owns the contest and entries.

· WLEN reserves the right to increase the number of potential eligible contestants at any time during the contest.

· WLEN reserves the right to change the rules during the contest to compensate for human errors in writing the rules.

· By entering this contest, you agree to abide by all decisions and rules and hold harmless, WLEN Radio, Lenawee Broadcasting Company, it's subsidiaries, stock holders, and employees and those of WLEN’s sponsors.
