The Washtenaw County Sheriff’s Department is looking for Onsted native Joseph Charles McCollum. He was last seen at St. Joe’s, in Ann Arbor, on Tuesday at 7am. Joseph has schizophrenia and has been known to use drugs. On Tuesday, Joseph was having a mental breakdown and thought people were out to kill him. He failed to retrieve treatment for this episode while at St. Joe’s and is now missing.
Joseph is a 25 year old white male, five feet nine inches tall, with brown hair and blue eyes. He has previously stayed at Harmony House, in the Sugarbrook neighborhood, and a three-quarter house in Ann Arbor.
