At approximately 1:25am on July 20th, Troopers from the Michigan State Police Brighton Post responded to a one vehicle crash on Sharon Valley Rd near Meyers Rd, in Sharon Township, Washtenaw County. Initial investigation revealed that a 2001 Toyota, driven by a 21 year old man from Manchester, MI, lost control of his vehicle and ran off the roadway and rolled over. The driver, who was not wear his seat belt, was ejected from the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers were assisted on scene by Manchester Fire Department and Huron Valley Ambulance.
The crash remains under investigation. Troopers ask anyone who witnessed the crash to contact the MSP Brighton Post at 810-227-1051.
