Kenneth Roberts of Adrian has been arraigned in 2A court on the charge of delivery of controlled substance causing death. Roberts is the second individual who has been charged and arraigned in an incident stemming from a drug overdose death investigation in Adrian Township in January of this year.
The investigation by the Adrian Township Police Department, with assistance from detectives from the Lenawee County Sheriff’s Department and from RHINO led to the arraignment. The case has been submitted to the Lenawee County Prosecutor’s Office. Roberts is being held at the Lenawee County Jail on a $500,000 bond.
