The application for a permit from the city of Adrian for Medical Marihuana facilities is now simplified. The previous application was quite lengthy and almost mirrored the state’s application. An ordinance was passed unanimously by the commission at their Special Meeting on Thursday, June 7th. As of Monday, June 4th, nine applications are on file with the city.
Also at the meeting, the commission approved a resolution to make the $5,000 application fee for a Medical Marihuana permit from the city of Adrian refundable under limited circumstances. The full meeting can be viewed below.
